Working in film and tv the hours can be long.

You may think children hours mean short days but if your working on a well planned children’s show the children will be staggered throughout the day.

Also chaperoning and safeguarding is changing their is more duty of care roles safeguarding young adults which means adult working hours throw in travelling with them these hours add up.

But every so often you get a short shift like today some pick ups and I’m done for lunch now off to the gym for some chill time it’s so important to be able to get some me time so you are your best self on set.
