Signs You Are Safeguarding Your Young Cast Well

Children Won’t Tell You That You Are Safeguarding Them Well On A Set …. But there will be signs these include ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

-Happiness (Smiles & Laughter)

-Engagement (asking questions)

-Listening ( following instructions , showing eye contact and open body language to you)

- Talking ( they casually talk to you talking about what they like and how they feel)

- A sense of belonging (they are happy on arrival bubby and genuinely happpy to see you and be here)

- Confident Learners ( they are happy to take direction and happy to ask for help or support)

- Trust ( they are relaxed in the environment you have provided and the relationships that have been built, they can relax when they want and be themselves)

- Teamwork ( Everybody on your set has the same aims and when they engage with young cast it has a positive effect on the child they feel part of a team valued, again smiles, engaged, chatty and talking to you about the experience)
